The cyclone is designed to remove up to 95% of the powder in the exhaust jet stream and collect it in a bucket for reuse prior to the remaining 5% of mainly fines being drawn into the filter unit.

The captured powder can then be blended in with the virgin powder in use. This reduces the cost of powder consumption considerably.

Garnic cyclones are easy to clean and place back into service.
